ERP Project Manager (Data Migration)
We are seeking an experienced ERP / HRIS TSA Manager to oversee Transition Service Agreement (TSA) governance, service delivery, and migration execution during a corporate separation/carve-out. In this role, you will lead cross-functional alignment between the Seller, Buyer, and third-party vendors, ensuring operational stability and a seamless transition toward a successful TSA exit.
- Proven experience in M&A, carve-outs, or divestitures managing TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) for ERP/HRIS platforms.
- Strong background in ERP/HRIS service delivery, data governance, and vendor management.
- Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership during complex system migrations.
