ERP Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Plan, manage and deliver ERP implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope and quality objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, issues, resources, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee business requirements, system configuration, integration, data migration, testing and go-live activities.
Drive change management, user training and adoption to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to management and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years managing ERP implementation projects.
Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
Good understanding of ERP business processes, system integration, data migration and implementation methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.
