ERP Project Manager
Salary: $100 – $130 per hour
The Opportunity
As the ERP Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of a Workday HCM programme, working closely with executive stakeholders, HR leaders, system integrators, and business teams. You will be responsible for driving project governance, managing delivery timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring business outcomes are achieved across the full project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring someone who understands both the strategic and practical aspects of Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM implementation and transformation projects.
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Drive governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
Ensure successful requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities.
Manage vendor relationships and hold delivery partners accountable to project objectives.
Provide clear communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Drive issue resolution and proactive risk management throughout the programme lifecycle.
Required Experience
10+ years' experience delivering enterprise ERP and business transformation projects.
Proven experience as a Project Manager on at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
Strong hands-on understanding of Workday HCM.
Demonstrated experience leading projects directly for end client organisations.
Background working within a contracting/day-rate environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and business leaders.
Experience managing system integrators, consulting partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Experience
Workday certifications or related Workday project experience.
Experience across additional Workday modules.
Exposure to large-scale HR transformation programmes.
Experience within complex enterprise or multi-national environments.
