ERP / SAP Project Manager
Summary
Project manager leading an SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation for a coffee retail company: gathering business requirements across finance, procurement, warehouse and operations, managing the implementation partner, and overseeing data migration, UAT, go-live and user training. Core stack is SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM, SD) with POS integration.
Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿111,000 per month
Requirements
Develop Business Requirements and conduct Gap Analysis with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
Develop the project plan, timeline, and budget, and define module scope (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, and POS integration), pending module confirmation.
Select and manage the Implementation Partner, including scope of work, Change Requests, and costs.
Redesign To-be processes, such as branch ingredient ordering, goods receiving, stock deduction, and month-end closing.
Oversee master data migration for products, ingredients, suppliers, and branches.
Plan and manage UAT, Cut-over, Go-live, and Hypercare.
Train Key Users and branch-level users and develop user manuals.
Report project status and risks to the Steering Committee every two weeks.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of ERP experience and experience as a PM or Lead in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
Experience in multi-branch retail or F&B operations is an advantage.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
Good command of English for vendor communication.
