ERP Senior Data Analyst - Large Enterprise
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month
About the role
This is a Data Migration Consultant role within a large-scale ERP Transformation Programme. The consultant will join an established Data Migration workstream as a dedicated technical resource, playing a critical role in preparing and executing multiple migration cycles, mock cutovers, and the final production go-live. The successful candidate will act as the technical expert within the data migration workstream, bridging business requirements and technical execution.
Key responsibilities
Support multiple data migration cycles within the large ERP transformation programme
Participate in mock cutovers, UAT cycles, and production go-lives
Analyze migration outputs, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution
Run complex data analysis across large volumes of ERP data
Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple source systems
Investigate data quality issues and root causes
Compare source and target system outputs following migration cycles
Produce reconciliation reports and support business sign-off activities
Work closely with technical and functional teams to resolve migration defects
Perform data validation and reconciliation activities
About you
Approximately 4 to 8 years of experience
Strong ERP transformation background with multiple end-to-end data migration cycles
Advanced SQL skills
Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to interrogate and manipulate large datasets
Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment
Python experience (preferred)
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) preferred; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or other large Cloud ERP platforms also considered
Mandatory: English language proficiency
Preferred: Mandarin
Nice to Have: Cantonese
