Summary

Build and maintain the technical layer of Halodoc's ERP — integrations, reports, extensions, and data automation across Oracle Fusion and Accurate Online. Day to day you design OIC/REST integrations, build BI Publisher/OTBI reports, automate FBDI loads, and support finance data flows, based at the Jakarta head office.

Build and maintain the technical layer of the ERP: integrations, reports, extensions, and data automation across Oracle Fusion (larger entities) and Accurate (smaller entities). The goal is to cut manual work and keep data reliable from transaction to consolidation.

Key responsibilities:

- Integrations: Design, build, and monitor integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs. Typical flows are payment gateway, bank statements, platform transactions, and Accurate-to-Oracle/EPM data feeds. Handle error notifications and reprocessing.

- Reports & data extracts: Build BI Publisher data models (SQL) and OTBI reports. Set up BICC extracts for the data warehouse or analytics, and tune report performance.

- Data automation: Automate FBDI/ADFdi loads and schedule ESS jobs. Build bulk-load tools for journals, invoices, and master data, with validation before posting.

- Extensions: Build lightweight extensions where standard functionality falls short, e.g. Visual Builder (VBCS) apps, custom approval or submission forms, and print/document templates.

- Accurate technical: Integrate via the Accurate Online API, automate imports/exports, customise print forms and reports, and map Accurate data to the group COA for consolidation.

- Release & environment management: Run technical regression tests for Oracle quarterly updates, manage migration from test to production through approved change control, and maintain technical documentation.

- Security & controls: Implement custom roles and data access as designed with the functional/process owner. Keep integration credentials secure, and provide change-log and audit-trail evidence for ITGC.

- Automation & AI: Turn automation ideas from Finance into technical solutions, and evaluate AI tools for coding, testing, or data validation within company guardrails.
