ERP Support Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Consultant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and a solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL. As an ERP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support for various ERP applications, including Oracle, Dynamics 365, SAP, and NAV. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, assisting users with application functionality, and ensuring that the ERP systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: 1. Providing functional support for ERP applications, addressing user inquiries and issues. 2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related problems. 3. Conducting training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of ERP functionalities. 4. Assisting in the implementation of ERP upgrades and new features. 5. Maintaining documentation related to system configurations and user guides.
