What You'll Do
Support clients with ERP system issues and queries
Configure and maintain business software solutions
Provide guidance and user training
Design and modify reports
Manage change requests and system improvements
Work closely with our development team to deliver customer solutions
What We're Looking For
✅ Good written and spoken English
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
✅ Good Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Bonus Skills
Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge
ERP or Accounting software experience
SQL knowledge
Data import/export and data management experience
Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
