ERP System Analyst 40-50K (Production, Consumer Electronics / Home Electronics)

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month

About the role

Lead all phases of Oracle EBS ERP implementation from user requirements and feasibility studies to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Analyze existing processes to design and implement tailored ERP solutions that optimize operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full ERP lifecycle including requirements gathering, feasibility studies, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Analyze existing processes to design and implement tailored ERP solutions

• Partner with business users and IT teams to define project scope and align transformation goals with corporate strategy and IT governance policies

• Facilitate smooth transitions to help business units fully adopt new systems and maximize productivity

• Develop detailed project schedules and guarantee on-time delivery of all milestones

• Lead internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build organizational competency

Requirement:

• Degree with 5+ years of experience in complete ERP system cycle

• Experience on accounting and finance functions is a plus

• Good English and Mandarin

• Able to do business travel to PRC
