ERP System Analyst

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 9,000 per month

• Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting the existing ERP Acumatica system.

• Analyze for improvement the ERP Acumatica system, configure, customize system workflow and process of the company.

• Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on utilizing the automatic testing tool effectively.

• Guide complex projects with end users.

• Coordinate with developers, functional analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve identified issues and ensure smooth system rollout and seamless integration with downstream systems.

• Stay updated on ERP Acumatica system updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in QA, Integration, and Power Platform utilization.

• Develop innovative solutions.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System and/related field.

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• 3-5 years knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Acumatica system and working experienced in Oil & Gas industry is added as advantages

• Knowledge or experience in SQL, .NET/C#, and JavaScript is an added advantage.

• Strong technical skills in ERP Acumatica system configuration, customization and integration.

• Relevant certifications in Project Management will be added advantage.

• Provide support for other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the IT operations.

• Proficient in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
