Summary
An ERP Systems Analyst role in Leicester supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, building Power BI dashboards and advanced SQL reports, and managing workflows across finance, commercial, and operational functions.
Salary: £43,000 - 48,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
- Experience supporting and developing Microsoft Business Central or similar
- Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills
- Advanced SQL skills for reporting, analysis, data extraction, manipulation, and import
- Experience designing and managing workflows and business processes
- Understanding of finance, commercial, and operational business functions
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with integrated enterprise business systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central
- Analyse business requirements and deliver effective system solutions
- Design and improve workflows, processes, and automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and SQL-based analytics
- Support integrations and ensure data accuracy across business systems
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and act as an escalation point
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support the delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and change projects

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to play a key role in the optimisation, support, and continuous improvement of critical business systems across our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar, Business Central or similar, Power BI, and SQL who enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to enhance business processes, reporting capabilities, and system performance. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations & Business Systems, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, identifying opportunities for improvement while delivering effective solutions that drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The salary is c£46,000.
