ERP Systems Consultant / Business Analyst

About the role

This is not a typical analyst role.

You’ll be working directly with clients — understanding how their business runs, identifying opportunities to improve, and delivering MYOB Acumatica solutions that make a real difference.

You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle:

• Discovery and solution design

• Project planning and coordination

• System configuration and implementation

• Training and go-live

• Ongoing support and optimisation

What you’ll be doing

• Working with clients to understand their business processes and requirements

• Translating those requirements into practical MYOB Acumatica solutions

• Running workshops, demos and user training sessions

• Configuring and implementing ERP solutions

• Supporting data migration, testing (UAT) and go-live activities

• Providing ongoing support and continuous improvements post go-live

• Working with integrations, third-party systems and internal developers

• Building strong, trusted relationships with your client base

What we’re looking for

We’re open on level — the key thing is the right mindset and experience.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Experience in an ERP consulting, business analyst, or implementation role

• Exposure to MYOB Acumatica / MYOB Advanced (highly desirable)

• Or experience with other ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP etc.)

• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, distribution, operations, etc.)

• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting capacity
