ERP Transformation Business Analyst / Senior ERP Transformation Consultant
100% remote - Candidates must be located in Poland
We are looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, analyze end-to-end business processes, identify interdependencies, and assess their impact on ERP implementation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably with SAP implementations.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Supply Chain
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in PMO activities, reporting, and governance.
Ability to map process dependencies and evaluate transformation risks.
Nice to Have:
Experience with process automation initiatives.
Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops and discussions with senior business stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify cross-functional dependencies.
Assess how process interdependencies may impact the ongoing ERP transformation program.
Provide insights and recommendations to support successful implementation.
