ERP Transformation Project Manager (ABN Required)

SURTECO is migrating its Australian ERP-System from Movex to Infor M3 Cloud. The project involves local business stakeholders, Global IT, M3 experts in Portugal and an external implementation partner.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on ERP Transformation Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the program, ensuring successful delivery of the Infor M3 Cloud migration while maintaining alignment with SURTECO's global IT landscape and long-term One SAP strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP transformation from planning through go-live and hypercare

• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues and dependencies

• Manage and challenge the external implementation partner

• Coordinate business, IT and M3 experts across multiple countries

• Partner closely with the Business Project Manager to drive integrated business and IT

• planning, execution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate testing, cutover and go-live readiness

• Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring transparent Steering

• Committee reporting, escalation management, and executive stakeholder alignment.

• Ensure that all local solution decisions support SURTECO's global IT architecture

• standards and remain compatible with the long-term One SAP transformation roadmap

Required Profile

• Extensive experience leading complex ERP implementations/migrations

• Strong project/program management and vendor management capabilities

• Proven experience managing international and cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience in manufacturing / industrial environments

• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and escalation skills

• Ability to operate hands-on while managing at Steering Committee level

• Fluent English

• A valid Australian Business Number (ABN)

• Current Public Liability insurance and Workers Compensation insurance, where applicable

Preferred Experience

• Infor M3 / Infor M3 Cloud, ideally Movex → M3 migration

• Multi-site / international ERP implementations

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

• German and/or Portuguese beneficial
