Job Title: ERPNext Solution Architect
Location: Onsite Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring an execution-driven ERPNext Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, design scalable business systems, and own solution delivery for high-impact client projects.
This is not a passive consulting role. This is for a builder who takes responsibility for architecture, business logic, and successful outcomes.
If you want authority, ownership, and the mandate to design real-world ERP systems that scale, this role puts you in the driver s seat.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
- Analyze client business processes and design optimal ERPNext solutions
- Configure core ERPNext modules (Accounting, CRM, Stock, Buying, Selling, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Define system architecture, workflows, roles, permissions, and data models
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Guide ERPNext Developers and Functional Consultants
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, etc.)
- Manage data migration strategy and execution
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security
- Own UAT, go-live planning, and post-go-live stabilization
- Maintain solution documentation and implementation standards
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of ERPNext implementation and solution design experience
- Strong functional understanding of ERP business processes
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext core modules
- Ability to configure workflows, reports, print formats, and permissions
- Solid understanding of Frappe Framework (technical depth is a plus)
- Experience in client-facing roles and requirement workshops
- Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, and data migration
- Understanding of Linux environments and ERPNext deployments
- Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making ability
