ESaaS - SFDC - MuleSoft Integration Architect

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced ESaaS - SFDC - MuleSoft Integration Development professional to spearhead the design and strategic direction of integration initiatives on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role will focus on delivering robust, scalable, and secure API‑led connectivity solutions, particularly within the Salesforce Health Cloud and health insurance domains, while aligning with enterprise technology roadmaps.

• Define and champion an API‑led connectivity approach, creating reusable APIs and integration assets aligned with business capabilities.
• Establish and enforce API governance standards, including naming conventions, security policies, and error‑handling frameworks.
• Create the overall integration architecture/blueprint, specifying system connections and data flow across the enterprise.
• Lead design authority reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and adhere to MuleSoft best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration strategy with the broader technology roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MuleSoft developers on complex implementation challenges.
• Evaluate and select appropriate deployment models such as CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on‑premises.
• Define monitoring and alerting strategies for integration flows to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive the development of reusable integration assets and patterns to accelerate delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout integration solutions.

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on integration technologies.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Deep expertise in API‑led connectivity, API design, and governance.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or health insurance domain projects.
• Strong knowledge of deployment options: CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on‑premises.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for integrations.
• Solid understanding of security standards, OAuth, JWT, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
