ESG (Environmental Social Governance) Executive
Responsibilities
· Work close with senior management and marketing team to develop ESG Strategy for Sunray
· Regularly monitor group company compliance with the company / shareholder’s ESG requirements and policies, including the implementation of agreed action plans
· Articulate an ESG strategy that it is directly tied to the business' strategies and goals
· Research and analyze key emerging ESG developments and thematic environmental and social topics
· Liaise, engage and collaborate with internal counterparts and external partners on ESG
· Work on projects. For instance, external communications on ESG, such as an ESG reporting and case studies highlighting ESG value addition.
Requirements
· Bachelor/Master degree; Relevant educational qualification in sustainability, environmental management and/ or economics and finance;
· 2+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability related work would be preferred;
· Deep interest in sustainability and knowledge of global regulatory and industry developments as well as best practices and standards in ESG
· Strong interpersonal, communication/ presentation and writing skills
· A strong team player with the ability to work with colleagues across various departments/division
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent logical reasoning and structure in thought and communications.
· Demonstrated ability to independently manage and priorities a busy and diverse workload with a range of deliverables for a variety of stakeholders.
