ESG Performance & Reporting Manager

We are looking for an analytical and hands-on ESG Performance & Reporting Manager to strengthen our ESG program and drive measurable progress across the Group.

The role combines ESG reporting and data management, external assessments—particularly EcoVadis and CDP—and project management of our ESG action plan across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Group’s ESG action plan, with clear owners, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor progress, identify gaps, and support action owners through implementation.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data across functions and geographies.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports to track performance against ESG targets.
  • Improve data quality, governance, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Lead EcoVadis, CDP, and other relevant ESG assessments and disclosures.
  • Analyze assessment results and translate findings into prioritized improvement actions.
  • Contribute to Group-level ESG reporting and applicable frameworks such as GRI and CSRD.
  • Support external assurance, certifications, and audits by coordinating data and evidence collection.
  • Respond to ESG-related client RFIs and contribute to RFPs.
  • Top university, business or engineer school Master's degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, reporting, or data analysis.
  • Experience preparing EcoVadis and/or CDP submissions is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements.
  • Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to translate data and assessment findings into clear, measurable action plans.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable working in an international and matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
