Esims Team Leader - Lima

Your position on the drakkar:

The Esims Team Leader role is a critical leadership position within the Studio Content division, responsible for a blend of hands-on trading and effective team management. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in both strategic oversight and operational execution and is committed to driving above-average team performance.

Concerning your duties:

• Trading & Team Management
  • Allocate 50% of your time to trading activities and 50% to team management.
  • Ensure consistent above-average performance for one or more game titles, with a target performance margin above 6-7%.
• Performance & Development
  • Actively shadow team members and monitor individual performance metrics.
  • Conduct quarterly 1-on-1 meetings to assess team performance and allocate quarterly bonuses.
• Administrative Duties
  • Oversee invoicing, attendance, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage day-off requests and compensation requests through BambooHR.
• Hiring & Onboarding
  • Participate in the hiring process, including conducting interviews, training, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Communication & Collaboration
  • Participate in company-wide calls with studio and quant teams to ensure alignment on projects.
  • Organize and lead weekly team meetings to align on objectives, address issues, and foster team collaboration.
• Product Development
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Esims products, providing feedback and insights to enhance product offerings.
    

The honed abilities and seasoned wisdom thou shalt require:

• Proven track record in Esims trading with a history of high performance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and performance oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in both trading and administrative tasks.
• Experience with HR software (e.g., BambooHR) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and functions in English.
