ESM Architect
Summary
Designs and implements ServiceNow SecOps solutions, automating security incident response and integrating vulnerability scanners and SIEM tools.
Must Have Experience • Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow SecOps • At least 2 years in Architect / Lead role in SecOps • Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts. • Vulnerability Response, Remediation Workflow, Exception Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards • Integrating with Vulnerability Scanners, SIEM solutions, Endpoint Security products, and other external Data Sources, Scanner Integration and CMDB Reconciliation • Security Incident Response management, Security incident automation, Threat Intelligence integration, Risk Calculation, Security Incident catalog. • Experience of Orchestration use case implementation. Good to have Experience • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub • Expert hands-on experience in CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, GRC. • Experience in working on Performance Analytics • Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM. • Development experience of SecOps custom agents. • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Academic and Professional Experience Professional • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required. • At least 2 years in Architect / Lead role in SecOps • 10+ years of experience with IT Industry required. Academics • Certified System Admin – Must Have • Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundation – Must Have • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response – Must Have • CIS - Security Incident Response, CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer preferred. • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
