Summary
This role involves designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise applications within modern SAP environments, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP. The developer will work across the full stack using ABAP RAP, Fiori Elements, and OData services to build scalable solutions.
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Especialista de TI (Desenvolvedor(a) SAP Full-Stack) based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a SAP Full-Stack professional to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise applications across modern SAP environments. You will work across backend and frontend development, using ABAP RAP, Fiori Elements, and SAP BTP to build scalable and maintainable solutions. The role combines technical ownership with close collaboration with functional teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud initiatives while following Clean Core principles and modern development practices. Working within a product-oriented Agile team, you will participate in planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and DevOps processes. Accountabilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end SAP applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for backend services and Fiori Elements / Freestyle for frontend development.
- Develop and maintain solutions across SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring alignment with SAP Clean Core principles.
- Develop and support solutions involving Adobe Forms and Output Management.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, application performance, reliability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
- Participate actively in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, effort estimation, and collaborative requirements definition.
- Contribute to DevOps processes and development pipelines, supporting efficient and reliable delivery of SAP solutions.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary technical team with a product-oriented approach, maintaining alignment between technical implementation, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve SAP applications, development practices, performance, and overall solution stability.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and technical environment.
- Solid professional experience with Core Data Services (CDS Views) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
- Strong knowledge of OData Services V2/V4, Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO), and Adobe Forms.
- Hands-on experience with IDoc configuration and processing and integration using SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Experience with ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and practices focused on code quality and maintainability.
- Understanding of modern SAP development approaches, including RAP, Fiori, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional specialists and multidisciplinary teams, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts and tools is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Build Automation / SAP Build Work Zone / SAP Integration Suite or related SAP development and integration technologies is desirable.
- Exposure to Git-based development workflows and version control is an advantage.
- Understanding of Key User Extensibility within SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is desirable.
