What You Will Do

• Coordinate international import and export operations.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels.
• Lead and coordinate a small logistics team.
• Review logistics documentation, freight costs, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to guarantee product availability.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, foreign trade, or import/export operations.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing customs processes and international transportation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Experience coordinating teams or leading logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
