■ ESS design review, covering electrical layout and safety compliance
■ ESS functionality and performance, including BMS, PCS, DCDC and EMS integration.
■ Test plan development and test report documentation
■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and improve designs.
■ Failure analysis and corrective action support for compliance issues
■ Support FAT/SAT procedures and coordinate with suppliers and certification bodies.
