Estate Manager (Property Pricing)

[What the role is]

You will support the pricing and sale of HDB flats by coordinating with stakeholders, conducting policy reviews, and preparing management reports, supported by data mining and trend analysis for policy planning. You may be rotated into a Customer Relations Manager role, handling sales administration, appeals, customer liaison, and grant processing to deliver quality housing services. The role requires strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under tight timelines.

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the pricing of flats for sale. Your duties include working with various parties to facilitate the offer of flats, the conduct of policy reviews and preparation of management reports. You will also be involved in monitoring, data mining, analyzing the trends for planning and policy decision-making.

During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager (CRM), to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. You will be involved in administration and processing of sales applications, from registration of the application to issuing of keys, assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, and draft case reports/ submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties will include day-to-day liaison with appellants/flat applicants, solicitors and relevant agencies on requests for housing assistance. You will also perform the role of Duty Manager at the counters and attend to cases/issues escalated by our Customer Relations Executives. In addition, you will process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers.

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for a candidate with strong background in Economics, Statistics, Real Estate or Building; is proficient in quantitative analysis and MS Office software. Proficiency in programming languages such as EViews will be an added advantage.

You should display a keen attention to details, be thorough and rigorous to deliver quality work consistently, have good organisational and communication skills, and be able to perform under tight timelines. You should also be able to write and present well, be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
