Pay: $105,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Location: Las Vegas, NV. This is a fully on-site opportunity where you will work closely with our attorneys, support team, and clients in a highly collaborative office environment.

Note: This is a 100% in-person role. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, team-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced client environment are essential. Nevada Bar admission is preferred, and recent graduates currently awaiting Nevada Bar results may also be considered.

Job Description

• Manage a busy calendar of estate planning clients and guide them through important personal and financial planning decisions.
• Counsel clients regarding wills, trusts, estate plans, asset protection strategies, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters based on experience and practice needs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, law clerks, and support staff to keep matters moving efficiently.
• Take ownership of client matters while continuing to expand your knowledge of trusts and estates law.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Nevada Bar admission preferred; candidates awaiting Nevada Bar results may be considered.
• Estate planning, probate, trusts and estates, or trust administration experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage a high-volume calendar.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and collaborative team mentality.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in Las Vegas.
