Requirements
- Minimum of an OND from a recognised institution
- Formal security training from a recognised security training institution
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant security experience with supervisory experience
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive
- Ability to operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems
- Good knowledge of access control (screening residents, visitors, vehicles, deliveries)
- Ability to conduct regular patrols and maintain effective surveillance
- Ability to identify, prevent, and report suspicious activities/incidents
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response
- Ability to maintain accurate security logs, visitor records, and incident reports
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and able to work day and night shifts
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- High level of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and sound judgement
