Perfec-Tone

Esthetician (Skin Magician)

Discussion

Perfec-Tone Bahamas. Nassau, in-store. Full-time or part-time.

You know the difference between giving someone a facial and changing what their skin can do. One is a service. The other is the work.

Perfec-Tone has been doing the work for 45 years. We have one store in Nassau, a clinical product line built for skin that other brands ignore, and clients whose photos at month 3 do not look like the same person. We are hiring one licensed Esthetician to own the treatment room. Full-time and part-time options are both available.

What the role actually is

You assess skin honestly. You build a phased plan: Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Maintenance. You run the protocol clean and on time. You take photos in the same light, same angle, every time. You set the swap conditions, and you adjust when something does not work. You rebook in the room before the client gets up.

You own clinical outcomes. The Sales Associates escalate skin questions to you. They cannot change a regimen. You can.

Compensation

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week scheduled. Part-time: 15 to 30 hours per week, scheduled.

  • Tier 1 (probationary, 6 months): $400/week base for full-time or 25% service commission, whichever is higher each week

  • Tier 2 (standard, after probation): $475/week base for full-time or tiered service commission, whichever is higher

  • Tier 3 (lead esthetician): $500/week base for full-time or tiered service commission, whichever is higher

  • Tiered commission accelerator on services: 25% up to $5,999/week, 30% from $6,000 to $7,499, 35% above $7,500

  • Bonus 5% on designated low-demand services

  • Performance bonuses for reviews collected and transformation packages sold

  • Part-time at the same commission rates; base floor prorated to scheduled hours per the hourly equivalent ($10/hour)

  • Weekly pay

You will do well here if

  • You can name what a chemical peel does that a glycolic toner cannot

  • You take consistent photos and complete your notes the same day

  • You finish a service on time, and your room is ready for the next client

  • You are not afraid to tell a client the full transformation takes 4 weeks plus ongoing Maintenance, not 2

You will not do well here if

  • You think a facial is about relaxation more than the result

  • You guess at swap conditions instead of writing them down

  • You wait for someone else to track your retention rate
