Estimating & Preconstruction Specialist

The Estimating & Preconstruction Specialist will work directly with the Project Managers, as well as subcontractors, vendors, and clients, to assist in the successful bidding and management of hotel renovation projects. Coordinating and collaborating with the project management teams, they will build bids/proposals from the ground up by collecting Request for Proposal documents and plans, capturing project scope, performing quantity takeoff, and soliciting quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
