Job Summary

The Estimating QA Specialist is responsible for reviewing and delivering quality work products and ensuring claims remain within Service Level Agreement and SOP requirements to deliver excellent service to our partners and clients. The Estimating QA Specialist will work closely with the cross-team members to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure that carrier guidelines and expectations are met by reviewing estimates and inspection documentation and delivering best-in-class work product.

General Responsibilities

• Review claims to ensure accuracy and compliance to carrier guidelines
• Identify damage assessment is accurate.
• Process, reconcile and work supplements to completion.
• Monitor review needed and supplement queues.
• Ensure claims are being handled within the required Service Level Agreements.
• Reconcile and process supplements.
• Respond timely to contractor and carrier inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone (in and outbound calling).
• Partner with and coordinate with vendors to support the estimating product
• Provide constructive feedback and assist in developmental opportunities
• Review and apply client specific claim guidelines, insurance policies and industry principles
• Ability to work a flex schedule that may include evenings and weekends and during high volume or catastrophe events is required
• Recognizing and identifying areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed.
• Maintain professional and technical insurance and construction industry knowledge through continuing education
• Tracking quality assurance metrics.
