Estimation Engineer- Facilities Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management field.
- Proven expertise in estimation and preparing bids
- Knowledge of FM services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, security and specialised services
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids for FM contracts
- Create comprehensive cost estimates for FM services, covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting expenses
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to prepare proposals for clients
- Ensure estimates align with client needs and industry standards
- Perform site visits to evaluate the scope of work and gather data for precise estimation
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes for specialized services
