successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and
cost-effective procurement processes and accurate project estimations.
Job Summary: The Estimation & Procurement Manager
will be responsible for overseeing the estimation of project costs and managing
the procurement process for infrastructure, steel, and power industry projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, sourcing
materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Estimation:
- Conduct
detailed project cost estimations for infrastructure, steel, and power
projects, considering all relevant factors.
- Collaborate
with project managers and engineers to gather project requirements and
specifications.
- Analyze
and interpret project blueprints and technical documents.
- Ensure
accurate and competitive estimates to secure project bids.
- Procurement:
- Develop
and implement procurement strategies for infrastructure, steel, and power
projects.
- Identify
and evaluate potential suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Negotiate
contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure favorable
agreements.
- Monitor
and analyze market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
- Collaborate
with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory
requirements.
- Supplier
Relationship Management:
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate
supplier performance and conduct regular supplier assessments.
- Address
any issues or concerns with suppliers to ensure project success.
- Cost
Management:
- Monitor
and control project costs throughout the procurement process.
- Work
closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting
and cost tracking.

Management:
- Identify
and assess potential risks associated with procurement activities.
- Develop
and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Team
Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a

experience in estimation and procurement within the infrastructure, steel,
and power industry.
