Kaizen Collision Center is hiring Collision Repair Estimators at all of our Colorado locations.

Up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential.

We have the work and need proven estimators who know how to sell repairs, write profitable estimates, close customers, and keep production moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven collision repair estimating experience

• Strong sales and closing skills

• CCC ONE experience

• Insurance and DRP knowledge

• Blueprinting and supplement management

• Ability to manage high-volume repairs

Progressive claims experience is a plus.
