Estimator – ELV ( Data Center)

The Estimator – ELV (Data Center) is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in data center projects, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, and other related systems. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and an understanding of data center operational requirements and standards.

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine ELV scope of work.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ELV systems in compliance with client requirements.
• Source and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that estimates are technically compliant and commercially competitive.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to gather accurate data for cost preparation.
• Propose value engineering options and cost-saving solutions without compromising performance or quality.
• Maintain updated cost databases for materials, equipment, and labor rates.
• Prepare and submit complete bid proposals within the required timelines.
• Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations.
