Responsibilities
Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ etc
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing with tender quantities
Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and prepare bid.
Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
Preparation of Project Risk Analysis report.
Attend pre bid meetings with clients or consultants.
Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project and meet the client Budget.
Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
Comprehension of local authority requirement and international standards.
Coordinating with procurement and provide necessary technical support.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Computer skills – MS office, PlanSwift and Autocad
Minimum experience – 8 – 12 years as Estimator
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written to be able to talk to clients
Specialized in Hospitality Projects
Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas
Experienced in pricing Interior Fit out and Joinery
