Estimator I
Description
Bildt LLC., a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Oshkosh, Wi
At Bildt, we’re building more than modular construction solutions. We’re building strong relationships, innovative approaches, and a team that takes pride in delivering great work. We’re looking for an Estimator I who is eager to grow their construction knowledge and help develop accurate, value-driven estimates for modular and off-site construction projects. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and excited to learn how design, manufacturing, and construction come together.
As an Estimator, you’ll work alongside estimating, design, VDC, engineering, production, procurement, and project teams throughout the preconstruction process. You’ll assist with quantity takeoffs, budgets, proposals, material and labor pricing, subcontractor and supplier outreach, and evaluation of project documents and design options. Along the way, you’ll build your understanding of conceptual estimating, production rates, constructability, cost modeling, and the unique considerations of a modular manufacturing environment. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to honesty, fairness, hard work, performance, and a genuine love of construction, while bringing a humble, hungry, smart, reliable, and gritty mindset to the team.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
