The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Appleton, WI (Hybrid available)

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

If you enjoy being at the center of how complex construction projects come together, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact long before the first shovel hits the ground. As an Estimator III, you'll play a critical role in shaping successful power generation and heavy industrial projects by developing winning strategies, influencing project decisions, and helping teams deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you'll partner with project leaders, owners, design teams, and trade partners to develop accurate, competitive estimates that drive project success and profitability. You'll lead both conceptual and detailed estimating efforts, analyze drawings and specifications, build cost models, evaluate risks and opportunities, and help guide strategic decisions from pursuit through project execution. Beyond the numbers, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, bringing your construction expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to support a true OneBoldt approach. This is an opportunity to work on challenging, high-profile projects while helping shape how they are planned, priced, and delivered.
