Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic metal fabrication team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and collaborating with various departments to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion. Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. - Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary information for estimates. - Review subcontractor and supplier quotes and incorporate them into overall estimates. - Maintain and update historical cost data to improve future estimating accuracy. - Assist in bid preparation and submission processes. - Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering alternatives. - Communicate estimation results and project scope effectively to clients and internal teams. - Support the negotiation process with clients and suppliers as required.

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the metal fabrication industry. - Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and cost factors. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Proficient in estimation software and MS Office applications. - Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
