Estimator/Project Manager
NewBe an early applicantMcGill Restoration has been building and restoring concrete and masonry structures across Omaha for 40+ years, and we're growing. We need an Estimator/Project Manager who can estimate a job right, win it, and then actually run it, start to finish. Not a paper pusher. Someone who's just as comfortable walking a job site as they are putting together a bid.
You'll own the relationship: the estimate, the client, the schedule, the follow-through. You'll call the shots alongside our Operations team and get the credit when a project comes in under budget. We're privately held, family-run, and we run on EOS, so you'll always know where you stand and what winning looks like.
The right person for this job is just as comfortable building relationships with clients as they are putting a bid together and managing the project day to day. You've got the technical know-how to price a job right, the people skills to keep clients and your team pulling in the same direction, and you make sure Estimating and Operations are always talking to each other.
