ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Key Duties & Responsibilities
? Responsible for sourcing new customer opportunities.
? Responsible for building relationships with new customers and General Contractor's while maintaining a
customer base of at least 5 customers.
? Responsible for estimating project cost, bid submission, customer service and executing pricing strategy
with leadership.
? Review specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and analyze project requirements to ensure
proposals capture all scope of work.
? Coordinate and respond to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) submittals, change
orders, and other standard project requirements.
? Maintain bid log and submit associated reports.
? Responsible for sourcing and managing a team of installers to ensure projects are built to our high-quality
standard, on-time and on budget to safety standards.
? Develop project schedule, equipment plan, and staging plan for each project.
? Work with internal invoicing and collections team to ensure projects are invoiced and collected in a timely
fashion.
? Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Required to attend sales meetings.
? Help negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders by working with internal Supply Chain
team.
? Manage project submittals, schedule, and budget to achieve maximum profitability.
? Follow up on post bid projects.
? Complete special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? 3 plus years of commercial construction management experience required.
? 3 plus years of sales experience required.
? Bachelor’s degree in business or construction Management a plus.
? Commercial construction estimating experience required, must be familiar with entire process (pre-bid,
RFI, post bid, contracting, submittals, change orders, punch list, substantial completion requirements).
? Must possess knowledge of construction plan reading.
? Must have the ability to access, navigate and submit bids through plan rooms.
? Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
? Strong organization skills a must.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive).
? Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
? Must have valid DL and clean driving record.

? Must have reliable transportation.
? Travel requirements throughout central Texas and surrounding areas.
? Ability to visit and move about construction job sites.

• 3+ years of commercial construction management and sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management (a plus).
• Proficient in commercial construction estimating, including the entire process.
• Knowledge of construction plan reading and plan room navigation.
