About the Role
In this role, you will administer the day-to-day Riskonnect system database, certificate of insurance requests, claim assignments/triage and assist Risk Management team in administrative tasks vital to protection of Kohl’s interest in handling, investigating and evaluating liability and to protect the interest of Kohl’s.
What You’ll Do
Administer database user controls to provide assurance that claims are entered completely and accurately and that only valid claims are processed
Administer security privileges and access roles ensuring appropriate and applicable to job requirements as assigned.
Evaluate and complete database requests for changes, updates and reports for Risk Management and key business stakeholders, as assigned
Communicate and develop Riskonnect functionality requests based on internal Risk Management and internal stakeholder needs, as approved by Manager, Risk Services
Evaluate incoming incidents for critical triggers and assign them to claims coordinators or analysts
Analyze incoming requests for COIs and complete requests in compliance with insurance program and contractual requirements
Administer customer incident settlement payments and correspondence (letters of rep and coupon letters), etc.
Support investigations with compiling facts and documents from stores and other resources related to WC incidents
Process incoming mail, hotline requests and inbox requests
Administrator workers compensation payment requests and other correspondence as needed
Additional task may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
Proficient working with database and processing software, Excel, Word and similar systems
Proficient problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Preferred
Retail experience
Experience using RisKonnect or other RMIS
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
