The Company

A well-established organization in the energy sector is currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end and year-end close, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will handle group consolidation and reporting, support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, and provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, the role also drives profitability, cost management, and operational improvements.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA being an advantage. You should have at least 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and IBM Cognos will be advantageous.
