Our client in the technology sector is currently looking for a 9 to 12 months contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment support, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and global recruitment team. Leverage market insights, talent acquisition best practices, and data-driven metrics to optimize hiring strategies, improve processes, and report on recruitment effectiveness and progress to leadership. Proactively source, assess, and build pipelines of high-quality talent using diverse channels while ensuring a consistent, engaging candidate experience from initial contact through pre-boarding, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience with a strong ability to think critically, execute effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trusted relationships and influence hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners. A proven track record of sourcing and hiring across diverse functions, including Technology, Engineering, Sales, and HR, is essential, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices such as sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
