[ETA] DevOps Engineer (Microsoft Azure)

  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and support teams through the full delivery lifecycle
  • Operate and improve cloud-native environments and platform tooling.
  • Support cloud operational activities together with infrastructure stakeholders (system administration/basic networking).
  • Contribute to security-related operational tasks and platform compliance alignment (threat modelling, penetration test coordination, incident response readiness).
  • Ensure secure, observable, and resilient cloud applications with best DevOps practices.
  • Optimize database queries and design scalable data models.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in all phases of the Agile (Scrum) development lifecycle, from grooming to retrospective.
  • Innovation: Support automation and scripting efforts to improve development efficiency and deployment speed.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in DevOps and Cloud environments covering implementation to production operations (mid-level profile).
  • Strong cloud expertise on Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience on:
    • Containers & Orchestration (Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, Docker)
    • Infrastructure as Code & Automation (Terraform, ARM templates, Powershell, Bash)
    • Continuous Integration / Deployment (CI/CD) (Azure DevOps, pipeline templates)
    • Monitoring & Observability (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Practical understanding of system administration, basic networking and cyber security concepts.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, structured, hands-on mindset
  • English: good communication skills
  • Nice-to-Have (not mandatory)
    • Experience in supporting applications during SW development lifecycle.
    • Experience supporting Cloud tenant management.
    • Basic knowledge in AWS
    • Japanese language
