Job Description
- Lead and implement regional ethics & compliance programmes aligned with global standards
- Advise business leaders on regulatory risks and mitigation strategies
- Design and drive targeted compliance training and communication initiatives
- Oversee investigations into potential breaches of policy, law, or governance standards
- Manage case handling processes, ensuring timely and confidential resolution
- Conduct compliance reviews and site assessments across regional markets
- Strengthen third-party compliance frameworks and stakeholder engagement
The Successful Applicant
A successful legal professional should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline
- Over 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or investigations within a multinational environment
- Proven track record in managing compliance programmes and leading investigations
- Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, and regulatory frameworks
- Deep expertise in international trade compliance (export controls, sanctions, import regulations)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation
- Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in complex environments
