Job Description & Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Human Capital intern to join our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the Human Capital field. They will gain firsthand experience in HC Operations and gain insight to ETIC’s approach to payroll, total rewards, talent management and employee experience.

As an HC Intern you will play a key role in the following areas:

• Responsible for personnel activities including (filing, contracts issuance, forms completion, social office work, medical insurance etc..)

• Deal with government authorities with the support of a third party consultant, such as labour office and social insurance

• Create & maintain personnel records for each employee and maintain employee database system

• Prepare HR letters & experience letters and various employee transactions upon request while ensuring accuracy of data in a timely manner

• Support with onboarding and offboarding activities

• Ensure timely submission of form 1,2 and 6

• Support in management of employee benefits

• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures and legal responsibilities
