Position: ETL Senior Engineer

We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust data integration pipelines and enterprise data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ETL tools, SQL, data transformation, data quality, and cloud/data engineering practices.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, analytics teams, and application developers to ensure efficient and scalable data movement across systems.

This position focuses heavily on migrating data from Sybase ASE to Oracle using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and large-scale data migrations across heterogeneous relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, with specialized skills in database performance tuning for massive data volumes.
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end Sybase ASE to Oracle migrations, managing both high-volume historical loads and complex incremental loads.
• Strong implementation knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Apache NiFi to build, deploy, and manage efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Extensive experience in managing schema conversions, data mapping definitions, and automated data reconciliation across diverse RDBMS environments.
• Experience with data modelling tools (logical/physical modelling, ER diagrams, normalization/denormalization).

• Graduation in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or similar field or post-graduation in above mentioned discipline from a recognized University
