ETL Developer
Job summary
We are seeking an ETL developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration solutions supporting banking operations, reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple banking systems.
- Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives.
- Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
- Collaborate with business and data teams to define data requirements.
- Support regulatory and management reporting processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of ETL development experience.
- Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices.
- Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.
Preferred qualifications
- Banking domain experience.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting environments.
- Knowledge of data lakes and big data technologies.
