- Develop automation using scripts and software
- Ensure operational stability of data ingestion platforms
- Handle incident problem and change processes
- Lead SRE and AIOps adoption
- Manage service operations and service requests
- Monitor and maintain Java based applications
- Perform incident detection triage and resolution
- Plan patching upgrades and configuration management
- Produce service performance reporting
- Provide end-to-end technical ownership
- Provide technical guidance and code review
- Run post incident reviews
- Track resilience and operational performance metrics
- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues
