Job Summary Info: We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust data integration pipelines and enterprise data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL tools, SQL, data transformation, data quality, and cloud/data engineering practices. Info: The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, data architects, analytics teams, and application developers to enable efficient and scalable data movement across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

• Must Have : Strong experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Hands-on expertise with ETL tools such as:
• Informatica PowerCenter
• Talend
• SSIS Must Have : Ab Initio Must Have : DataStage
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• AWS Glue
• Strong SQL and database programming skills.

Experience working with:

• Oracle
• SQL Server Must Have : PostgreSQL Must Have : MySQL : Snowflake Must Have : Redshift : BigQuery Must Have : Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Must Have xperience with cloud platforms:
• AWS Azure
• Must Have : GCP Must Have : Familiarity with Python/Shell scripting for automation. Must Have : Understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, and file-based integrations. Must Have : Exposure to Hadoop/Spark ecosystem is an added advantage. Must Have : Knowledge of CI/CD and version control tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications Must Have : Btech/Mtech/MCA, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Must Have : ETL or Cloud certifications are preferred. Must Have : Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Must Have : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must Have : Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Good to Have Good to Have Experience in Data Lake and modern data platform architecture. Good to Have Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines. Good to Have Knowledge of data governance and master data management. Good to Have Experience in handling large-scale enterprise datasets. Must Have : Develop scalable data integration solutions for enterprise data warehouse and reporting platforms. Must Have : Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Must Have : Create reusable mappings, workflows, stored procedures, and transformation logic. Must Have : Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Must Have : Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, and performance bottlenecks. Must Have : Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements. Must Have : Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards. Must Have : Support batch and real-time data processing requirements. Must Have : Maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and operational runbooks. Must Have : Collaborate with cloud, analytics, and DevOps teams for deployment automation and CI/CD integration.
