Bid Manager (Public Sector & Government Tenders)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to coordinate end-to-end proposal and tender processes for complex international public sector opportunities.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple countries, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant proposals for government and public sector clients.
- 3+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management or Tender Management.
- Experience coordinating public sector tenders or procurement processes.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures and public tender regulations (EU experience is highly desirable).
- Previous experience in consulting, professional services, engineering, IT services or similar project-based environments.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written English with experience preparing proposal documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience working with EU institutions, government agencies or international public sector organisations.
- Additional European language(s).
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI, Scrum or SAFe certifications.
